My Position

I believe Union Savings Bank’s handling of this matter was unfair, unclear and unnecessarily damaging.

Based on my records, I attempted to make payments and resolve the account issues. I believe the documents appear to show that payments were made, receipts were issued, and later the treatment of those payments became disputed without the clear written explanation I believe was necessary.

In my opinion, a borrower facing default, acceleration or judgment should receive complete and understandable account records. That includes a clear ledger, payment application history, reversal explanation, refund explanation, correspondence history and a precise statement of what must be done to cure the alleged default.

This website is not intended to replace the court process. It is intended to organize the record and allow the public to review what happened.

My position is simple:

Show the records.

Explain the accounting.

Identify the payment history.

Explain the reversal or rejection.

Clarify the cure amount.

Resolve the matter fairly.
